Sunrise Sea Villa is situated 4 kilometres from the historic and quaint naval village of Simon’s Town, and close to the famous Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. It is a charming and homely beach house with an open plan dining room, lounge and kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms en suite with French doors leading onto a sheltered patio with splash pool. 

A self-catering studio which sleeps 3 can either be let out as a separate unit, or can be incorporated into the main house to sleep 7 people. The villa, nestled on a mountain slope, is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and is close to Boulders Penguin sanctuary. The villa has magnificent views of False Bay and the surrounding mountains.

The area offers many activities which include boat trips, kayaking, nearby beaches, museums, golfing, fishing and hiking. The area is a favourite for joggers, walkers and cyclists. Cape Point is 20 km away with spectacular views along the coastal road where baboons are frequently encountered.

Other attractions nearby include the largest gemstone factory in the world, organized sea kayak tours, white shark diving, scuba diving and snorkelling. The Country Club is nearby and offers golf, squash and bowls. Simon’s Town is an ideal base for exploring Cape Town and the Stellenbosch wine route but don’t miss out on Simon’s Town itself with its charming waterfront, naval dockyard tours and the historical Simon’s Town museum. 

There are many pleasant restaurants in Simon’s Town and surrounds, offering something for everyone’s taste.
