Luxurious yet affordable self-catering accommodation in an area of great natural beauty and tranquillity, for nature lovers and discerning tourists.

Avian Leisure has a magnificent situation at the top of Froggy Farm, Simon’s Town, overlooking False Bay and set amidst pristine Cape Fynbos – this means you can see whales, dolphins, fur seals, penguins, sunbirds, sugarbirds, and a host of other birds right from your bedroom!

We have two spacious and modern apartments, both with their own private entrances
and ample off road parking.

Shearwater, with its unrestricted and fabulous sea views, sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Facilities include a large open plan living room with self-contained kitchen and dining and sitting areas, a large sea-facing master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with twin beds, and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. Both living room and master bedroom face onto a large wooden deck with views in all directions. Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils. DSTV, free WIFI, and kettle braai by arrangement.

Watsonia is a one bedroomed suite, with twin beds, a bathroom with large shower and a light and airy living room with small but well equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hob, crockery and cooking equipment). DSTV, free WIFI, and kettle braai by arrangement. Garden access provides stunning sea and mountain views.

Laundry service is available in the village. All towels and linen are provided and are changed twice a week. The apartments are serviced on a twice weekly basis.

A truly magical experience!
